Katherine Speyer – Office Manager/Professional Relations Coordinator
Hello, I’m Katherine and I have been with Advanced Orthodontic Specialists since 2005. I began my career here as an orthodontic assistant and upon graduation from DePaul University I moved into my role as the office manager/professional relations coordinator. I feel that treating patients with the highest level of care is my greatest achievement. I truly enjoy seeing our patients smile!
Francesca Demonte – Treatment Coordinator
Hello, my name is Francesca and I joined Dr. Bicknell’s team in October of 2008. I take great pride in maintaining great communication with patients and their families throughout the treatment process. I strive to make our patients’ experience with orthodontics a memorable one.
Marisa Pollini – Scheduling Coordinator
Hello, I’m Marisa and I began my career at Advanced Orthodontic Specialists as a clinical assistant and have moved into the role of scheduling coordinator. I have been working with Dr. Bicknell since 2007. I value the experience I have gained as an assistant and am able to utilize that knowledge in my position. I love orthodontics because I am able to be a part of an exciting time in my patients’ life.
Nicole L’Huillier – Clinical Assistant
Hello, my name is Nicole and I have recently completed schooling in dental assisting, though I have been a part of Dr. Bicknell’s team since 2007. I love being a part of patients’ lives and watching their confidence grow throughout treatment.
Carmen Guzman – Clinical Assistant
Hello, I’m Carmen and I am very interested in orthodontics. I have been working for Dr. Bicknell since 2009. I am dedicated to working alongside the doctor and aiding him in giving patients a healthy and beautiful smile.
Carina Magana – Clinical Assistant
Hello, I’m Carina and I have now completed dental assistant school, working at the practice since 2009. I enjoy seeing the different phases that patients go through while undergoing orthodontic treatment.
Elizabeth Daniels – Sterilization Assistant
Hello, I’m Elizabeth and I have recently completed dental assistant school and have been with the practice since 2009. I am dedicated to ensuring that patients have a positive treatment experience.
